Is it necessary to be ambitious in life?
This is a weird question, but comes in my mind a lot of times. Why? Why such a question?. Since the day we are born we are being taught to be ambitious and aim something big in life. In today's busy world we are surrounded by over ambitous people around .We don't get any time to think what if we were not one of them. What if life would have been simpler and people around would have loved us for the kind of person we are and not for where do we stand (professionally) .
We are so busy in earning money that we forget to spend it. We are not even clear as to what suits us the best in our lives when we reach the level where we are forced to choose a particular field(engineering, commerce, arts, media, humanities,etc) Have you ever wondered how mature would a kid of 10th standard be to decide what he wants to become. Chuck that. Here in India we start asking children since the day they start speaking "What do you want to become? Doctor or engineer?" Seriously? Ask yourselves once how many of us know are we really happy with what we are today and is this what we actually wanted to do . In a blink of eye life may change and circumstances may reverse.You never know. Sometimes we cry and in next few seconds we smile. It's all about how we want to live life. why don't we give most of our times in doing things that make us happy? Okay, let me quote few small things that made me happy within last few days( Sitting with a street dog who was ill and looking into his eyes and feel his pain, cuddling him, just playing with a child, shopping for my mother,having a evening tea with my mother and father and just simply sitting with them, lying down on my mother's lap,just talking bullshit with my best friend, expressing gratitude to my loved ones...and many more.)

Excuse me? Stop and think how many of us actually feel these small small moments which give us biggest happiness . Even if you buy an audi or a Porsche what will you do out of it when you don't have a special someone to go on a drive with?

How will branded grooming products help you when you don't have that someone to notice you ? Yes I agree with the fact that happiness comes from within, but this has another side to it. Happiness is complete only when you have your loves ones around to share them. Being alone and being happy is temporary, but warmth from someone stays forever. God sent us on this planet and gave a beautiful life to live and enjoy, mingle with each other, share memories, create new ones and again recreate them, not to be jealous and envy of each other. We call it so called AIM in life which makes us do hell lot of things and during that journey we don't even realise what are we leaving back and the cost we are paying for those materialistic things. We live far away from our own parents to make our own career and live our own selfish life which is full of parties, roaming around, drinks...Stop and think. Did it ever had meaning? What if one day you come back and you don't find them anymore? We get calls from our parents day and night and we are busy calling and texting the ones who were never ours. Do we ever think why they are calling us, stopping us to do things? That's because they are the only ones who will love us unconditionally throughout our lives and won't expect anything in return. We are so busy in showing our gratitude to people who come in our lives for some selfish reason and just go away and forget showing the same gratitude to them who simply stand by us forever and ever. I remember a dialogue from the movie kal ho na ho "There are very few people who will love you selflessly , don't let such people go from your lives, hold their hands, for such people are very very rare" and also "Mother is the one who thinks from heart..never ever hurt your mother because she is the one who will just be with you always..you can cry on her shoulder, always count on her, your problems become her problems and she faces them with all the courage" life is beautiful..God never sent a child with any name. It's we human beings who creates an identity for the child, tie him with the knots of so called relationships. We are just free to be like a free bird, love people around, talk to anyone we want. We don't have to think even once before loving someone..coz at the end of the day all of us need that warmth in life..And sometimes...actually most of the times it's just TOO LATE to realise this..we loose people..we loose those times.. Stop and think...Stop and think !
